Ok...so who exactly do I think I am?

Well, I'm a guy who plays lots and lots of games. I think about what makes a game worthy of your time, what makes a game fun, what makes a game addictive and what makes a game work. I pour through hundreds of games a week, I don't play them all, but I look at them, and see which one grabs my eye, which ones looks like crap.

As I play a game I constantly ask myself the question: What would I add, take away, or change to make this game 5 to 10 times better?

Of course everyone has similar thoughts while playing video games, but the ability to communicate exactly what needs to be done, why, and possibly even the best way to do it is not always the following thought. What we want to do here is invite and allow developers to get fresh eyes on their project; to give them clarity about what are the things holding their game back from being a number one seller, or more popular in a given market.

Every triple A game title has consultants that tell them how to make their games work better. But what about independent developers? That is who our service is aimed toward.

In the midst of a long project, our original inspiration, that thing that initially drove us to commit our time and energy into our project, may quickly be obscured by mundane lines of code and unexpected glitches. When you get to a point where your game actually works, it might not be exactly what you had in mind, but gosh darn it, it works! I see many games that suffer from this "its-done-itis," the game has great art, good controls, a soundtrack, but the game itself is missing one or more elements which prevent it from becoming if not a hit, at least a desireable play experience. Most of the time what is needed is not much at all.

We can help!

Removed from the turmoil and rigamarole of game development, we can see your project for what it really is and offer reasoned and constructive feedback. Something no one on your team can give you, and something a friend or aquaintance probably is not equipped to communicate thouroughly or honestly enough to make an impact.

We suggest you see us as early as possible, the sooner we can get you feedback the easier it is to impliment our solutions into your project.

In the coming weeks our actual services will become more defined and clear, but we encourage you to contact us in the meantime with specific requests, and we will promptly give you a quote for our service.

Thanks!
